Profusion (Pink)

Profusion Crabapple is noted to bloom later than most crabapples with its upright, spreading branches and purple foliage that fades to bronze-green.  Red flowering pods open into a single, purplish-red flower that fades to purplish-pink. Its persistent fruit is Maroon and measures 1/2". 

Profusion is adaptable to most soil types, making it easy to grow in any location. Pest and disease resistant, low maintenance, and extremely hardy.  The Profusion Crabapple pollinates several types of apple trees like Granny Smith, Braeburn, Jonathan, Honeycrisp, and Pink Lady and prefers Full to partial sun.
